Charities Housing Sunset Square property manager allegedly accuses journalist of sending him a tenants nudes.
In the world of property management, the relationship between managers of the property and tenants can be considered inappropriate or professional. Either way the communication between the two can be crucial and lead down a road of accusations. In this situation, it could possibly be a property manager along with a tenant joining forces to lie on an innocent person all because the tenant enjoys using her YouTube channel to make earnings defaming and slandering innocent people and businesses online for amusement.
The situation unfolded 3/16/2025 when Leola Jean Gilmore, a tenant at the Sunset Square Apartments, went live on her YouTube channel called ‘Clydiva’ with the title “DivaTomboyish sent n**des (nudes) photos to my property manager.” Ms. Gilmore made claims that her property manager informed her that he received an email from website owner DivaTomboyish that included nude photos of the tenant.
DivaTomboyish or affiliations of the website and extended branding hasn’t or will ever send inappropriate pictures of any persons as a form of retaliation or to develop a story. This woman has been a problem on the internet for 6 years which resulted in her pharmacy technician license to be surrendered due to her online behavior. https://www.pharmacy.ca.gov/enforcement/fy2021/ac207105 (Gilmore, Leola Jean, TCH 93670, Administrative Case AC 7105 San Jose, CA. Through a disciplinary action of the Board, the license voluntarily surrendered. Decision effective 4/27/2022.)
The concern isn’t whether or not the property manager possibly received an email or not, but why blame an innocent person? The mission statement of Catholic Charities USA states “The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide service to people, families and communities in need, to advocate for justice in social structures and to call the entire church and all people of good will to do the same.” This mission doesn’t align with what the property manager in the charities housing department is allegedly involved in. If the property manager isn’t involved, why would a tenant of this property feel so comfortable including the manager in a lie that could lead to legalities?
From what we learned, Lisa Caldwell is the Director of Property management of Charity Housing. Does she know about the emails that are received at this location involving tenants? Were the authorities notified if so? What are the ethical requirements to live at this location? All you have to do is type “Clydiva’ in the search bar on YouTube and you’ll see the behavior of this individual which goes against everything the Catholic Charities of USA stands for. This situation further leads to does donators know where their money is going when it comes to helping tenants as these? I’m sure if anything God isn’t pleased. We can’t control the behavior of people we choose to help, but we can most certainly control who we choose to employ.
I will be reaching out to several in leadership apart of Catholic Charities USA in trying to get a full understanding on this situation. Why would a property manager allegedly be apart of spreading a very serious lie on someone he has never crossed paths with or has ever contacted him.
We will keep our readers updated on the response we receive from the executive team at Catholic Charities USA. The property manager is listed as Beto Polvos according to Sunset Square Apartments website. The address listed is 2080 Alum Rock Ave. San Jose CA 95112.
