Ford Motor Employee, Charlton Boyer, continues to Harass, Stalk, and violate my Human Rights, while AT WORK.

Detroit – Does Ford Motor Company allow their male employees to harass women online, reference their private areas, and stick up their middle finger on the world wide web while on company time unprovoked?

After contacting the executives at Ford Motor Company and receiving a response from Regional Manager Mario Spadafora, I thought someone would speak with Charlton Boyer in corroborating my first amendment right after learning his issue with how I choose to utilize my social media platforms. Freedom of press allows citizens of this country to publish their opinions or report on anything they choose without prejudice. There are restrictions in regards to this amendment right which are time, place, and manner which are intended to balance out where the action took place. For 3 years Mr. Boyer has shared his functioning illiteracy of my website and outlooks of today’s society obsessively after asking to be left alone and contacting the authorities. January 1, 2023 an article was published alerting Ford Motor Company of this situation. After becoming aware, Mr. Boyer stated publicly that how he behaves online has nothing to do with his employer. He added, he could “do what he wants” while not on company time and Ford Motor Company has no say. The audacious behavior that has been publicly displayed over the years by Charlton Boyer shows he doesn’t care what Ford Motor Company stands for ethically. According to Zippa.com, 34% of Ford Motor Employees are women while 66% are men as of 2023. Ford Motor Company had a few bumps in the road when it comes to discriminating against women in the workplace. In 2017 Ford settled a $10.125 million dollar lawsuit in relation to African American females being subjected to sexual and racial harassment which resulted in retaliation. In 2022, another EEOC lawsuit was filed against Ford for violating Federal law by not hiring a pregnant applicant in Chicago. There are multiple other discrimination issues that were raised against Ford Motors Company involving women being harassed by male employees.

March 28, 2023, while at work, Mr. Boyer decided to pop up to another interview of mine uninvited. The interview being held wasn’t referencing Mr. Boyer and after being asked to be left alone multiple times prior, he showed publicly yet again that boundaries mean nothing to him, but this time during work hours.

Charlton Boyer shared with his audience that he has almost 30 years on the job, a union, and management allegedly laughs when I reach out to them.

The video of this employee’s behavior while at work has been viewed by over 2,500 people and will be sent to other media outlets, the mayor of Detroit, and the Attorney General of Michigan.
